Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the FL360 platform and services. Additional conditions may apply to particular reservations, memberships, destinations, partners or service categories.
Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity required to enter into the relevant transaction or act through an authorised representative.
User accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information, protecting their credentials and informing FL360 of any suspected unauthorised access.
Services and reservations
Availability, prices, garment limits, delivery and collection windows, service conditions and other operational parameters are presented before confirmation.
A reservation becomes binding when confirmation is issued and any required payment or payment authorisation has been successfully completed.
Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party providers. Prices, applicable taxes and additional charges are displayed before the transaction is completed.
User responsibilities
Users are expected to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Use garments and services responsibly.
- Follow the applicable delivery, use and return instructions.
- Report loss, damage, delays or relevant incidents promptly.
- Avoid unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
FL360 responsibilities
FL360 operates according to applicable law, the Trust Center and the conditions presented for each confirmed service.
Service changes and availability
Services may vary according to destination, operational capacity, participating partners, available stock, logistics or other reasonable operational requirements.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, security, platform integrity or legal compliance.
Applicable law
The applicable legal framework follows the operator identified in the Legal Notice. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
